Flux made with TPF Tacky Paste Flux technology, which provides the right viscosity for BGA assembly.
It has a gel consistency which facilitates application.
The flux is of no-clean type with the addition of a UV component that allows to detect errors during application of the paste by screen printing.
The ASM series has a formulation that reduces harmful fumes during manual work.
Isopropanol type liquids and dedicated liquids like KT-5 and KT-6 can be used to clean the residue.
